On top of their typical EBA classes, athletes can sign up for classes like kickboxing, barre, bootcamp, dance, yoga, cardio drumming, groove fit, and even cooking! Learn new moves, strengthen your physical skills, and engage with EBA friends while athletes expand their health and fitness skill set in these inclusive specialty classes!

EBA Focused Training

EBA Focused Training offers athletes the opportunity to work one-on-one with personal trainers outside of their typical EBA classes. Athletes enrolled will work together with their coach to create an individualized exercise program that focuses on their fitness goals and enhances their success. With access to adaptive exercise equipment and specialized training techniques, athletes will build their strength, stamina, and confidence in the fitness space.

All EBA Focused Training sessions take place at EBA HQ, and payments are made outside of EBA’s typical $30/month registration cost.

EBA Functional Fitness

EBA Functional Fitness is designed for both athletes and their caregivers to collaboratively engage in exercises that enhance daily living skills and overall wellbeing. Designed by a licensed occupational therapist with her doctoral degree in OT, each session focuses on functional skills that are meaningful to athletes’ personal goals that they have for the home, at work, and in the community.

Athletes and caregivers participate in eight week sessions at EBA HQ. Each session has a focus (core strength, balance/coordination, stamina), and each focus is tied to athletes’ personal goals.
