EBA FT offers athletes the opportunity to work one-on-one with personal trainers outside of their typical EBA classes. Athletes enrolled will work together with their coach to create an individualized exercise program that focuses on their fitness goals and enhances their success. With access to adaptive exercise equipment and specialized training techniques, athletes will build their strength, stamina, and confidence in the fitness space.
